I have been subscribed to the StrenghtProject YouTube channel and a huge fan.
I'm 20 years old student from Finland and I love dooing sports and training.
I work at the Gym, icehockey, badminton, pingpong, skiing ... I have tried abit of everything.
I love what StrenghtProject stands for and as I don't like to train for pure mass and power in the gym but with a more athletic approach. I'm looking forward to learn standing on my hands, human flag, muscle - ups and all the other cools stuff you do.
So I hope Strenght Project will keep inspiring me and help achieve a healty, agile and strong body.

SO! I started a new job and I am a paramedic fulltime, I work a ... moreSO! I started a new job and I am a paramedic fulltime, I work a swing shift 4 days on and 4 days off. So I work 0700-1900 for 4 days off for 4 then work 1900-0700 for 4 days then off for 4 and repeat. Crazy right! Well here is my problem, before when I lost a ton of weight it was kind of easy, I work 0800-2000 2 on 2 off and didnt have to work nights. Now that I work a night shift I am not sure what to do about a "diet plan."
