Strength Project was founded in 2009 by Arash Baboo.  Arash was obsessed with athletics and bodyweight movement, and initially used YouTube as a platform to showcase training videos.  Months after launching and seeing rapid growth on YouTube, Arash met a gymnastics coach, Sam Tribble and quickly saw that his wealth of knowledge needed to be shared with the world.

From there, Arash realized there were also many motivational unheard stories that needed to be published.  Responsible for over 500 million views, most notable known for viral videos with CT Fletcher, Kali Muscle life story videos showcasing rise and fall and rising back to the top.

Although Strength Project now showcases stories around the world of overcoming the odds, Strength Project is still committed to providing a learning hub to bodyweight exercises, movement, and general fitness.
