Which program is for me?
We all have different starting points so it is important to design a program that is designed for YOU. Our programs are unique in a sense that we provide insight on applying our given progressions, exercises and adapting it to your level and progress. We offer support for our clients support and offer free “First Phase” online coaching. These are not generic cookie cutter programs. These are programs designed to give you results.
We offer coaching in phases for those wishing to receive online coaching if they feel they hit a plateau or want to take it to the next level. We provide video feedback when you send us videos of requested eercises progressions/skills.
We Strive for excellence
Safety is everything. We want to train for longevity. A quality program aims for safe progressive methods to ensure quality results. You cannot train if you are injured.
Don’t go after a goal blindly.
That is a disaster waiting to happen, and often discouraging when you do not reach your goal.
Our programs are designed systematically through the use of progression and recognizing when its time to move on.
